The Awat Radiation Treatment Center Support Project is to provide administrative assistance to the only radiation therapy center in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, which benefits a large number of cancer patients annually.
The goal of this project is to provide quality healthcare to cancer patients, and the project will help sustain the Aspiration Radiation Oncology Center by providing essential operating requirements.
The project started on January 1st, 2022 and it continues. So far, 1,408 patients have benefitted from this center.
